We received a monthly quantity of Shorts to localize that we then would manage in a shared database with the client in order to track the needed changes for each video.
This is how the production process worked:
Each video has a duration between 5s to 60s. At first, we produced 150 minutes per language per month.
The Spanish channel completely exploded with over 800,000 subscribers on YouTube just months after the initial launch! The French channel has grown a little slower, but still gathered a strong audience of over 42,000 subscribers.
In terms of views, the Spanish channel got over 365 million views and the French channel over 22 million views. Both channels are growing fast every single day.
